STEP 02

Fixed bid in 5 days

A line-item bid with unit pricing and a schedule. What we quote is what you pay, change orders only when scope changes.

STEP 03

Build & report

Certified crews, daily site logs, and a weekly photo report to your inbox. You never have to chase us for a status.

STEP 04

Punch list & handover

Joint walkthrough, punch list closed within 10 days, then warranties, as-builts, and lien waivers in one package.
